Kevin manages a diverse portfolio of files from complex house purchase and sales to contentious litigation matters in probate, medical negligence and personal injury cases for the Firm having extensive experience in these areas. Before establishing Coonan Morgan Solicitors, Kevin was as a Senior Associate in the commercial and domestic property department of one of the biggest firms in Leinster outside of Dublin. His experience extends to a book of State clients advising in the areas of commercial leases and commercial finance. Kevin has a particular interest in the areas of probate litigation and legal issues arising during the administration of estates and medical negligence cases.
Kevin has a wealth of experience in dealing with residential and commercial property, the purchase and sale of farms and voluntary transfers. The experience Kevin has acquired also includes the purchasing and selling of residential property for individual clients and dealing with the banks on their behalf. His experience in these areas complements his work in the areas of Wills and succession planning, probate and the administration of estates. Arising from his experience in dealing in the areas of land law and probate he has developed a particular skill set in litigation in these particular areas. Kevin through his years in general practice has also gathered extensive experience dealing with clients in the areas of medical negligence, enduring power of attorney and wardship matters.
Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors by the Law Society in 2007.
